Jupiter's Tyler Cameron Honors His Mom on 'DWTS,' Reveals He's Having a Baby Girl

Jupiter's own Tyler Cameron used his "Dedication Night" dance on ABC's Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, October 20, to honor his late mother and to share some news: he and his fiancée, Tate Madden, are expecting a baby girl, the USA TODAY Network – Florida reported.

Cameron and his pro partner, Sharna Burgess, performed a contemporary routine to Ed Sheeran's "Supermarket Flowers" with Madden joining them on the floor. The dance was dedicated to all moms, and especially to Cameron's mother, who died in 2020. During the routine Cameron revealed that Madden is pregnant, and a live gender reveal followed on the broadcast, with pink confetti announcing a girl.

"I get to be a girl dad. What a gift, what an opportunity," Cameron said.

Still in the competition

Ten couples competed in the sixth week of Season 35, with Kym Johnson back as a guest judge. No one was eliminated Tuesday night, which means next week will be a double elimination.

New episodes air Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC and stream the next day on Disney+ and Hulu.

A Jupiter story

Cameron was born and raised in Jupiter and graduated from Jupiter Community High School. He went on to Wake Forest University and is a Florida Atlantic University alum. Most viewers first met him in 2019 on Season 15 of The Bachelorette as one of Hannah Brown's suitors, when he was 26 and listed his job as general contractor.

He still works as a general contractor in Jupiter and owns a construction company, which was the subject of his Amazon Prime series Going Home with Tyler Cameron, which premiered in April 2024. In July 2025 he joined the Jupiter office of celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant. He is also a co-owner of a Delray Beach location of one of his favorite restaurants.
