The Pizza Connection Opens on Donald Ross Road, Adding Another Option for Pizza Night Near Jupiter
Pizza night near Jupiter has another option. The Pizza Connection opened September 28 at Donald Ross Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, bringing a refreshed space and an expanded Italian-American menu to the former Sal’s Express.
For longtime customers, there’s a familiar face behind the counter. Owner Fabio Bartolotta remains at the helm, working alongside partner Christie Bellino, who grew up in a family of
New Jersey pizzeria owners.
The concept centers on New York-style pizza, with specialty pies including the Hot Honey Goomah, featuring pepperoni and hot honey, and the Ridgewood Sicilian. Another option, the Undercover Hawaiian, pairs mortadella with pineapple pesto.
Beyond pizza, the menu includes garlic knots, arancini, heroes, chicken Parmesan and pasta dishes. South Florida chef Louie Bossi consulted on the menu, according to The Palm Beach Post.
Located at 4580 Donald Ross Road, The Pizza Connection offers another convenient choice for families picking up dinner or anyone looking to try a different pie.
