Spring Break Begins for Palm Beach County Students

JUPITER, Fla. — Spring break for students in the Palm Beach County School District begins today, Monday, March 16, giving families across Jupiter and the surrounding area a weeklong break from classes.
Schools will remain closed for students through Friday, March 20, according to the district’s 2025–2026 academic calendar.
Students will return briefly the following week, but Monday, March 23 is also a student holiday, with no classes scheduled while teachers participate in a workday or professional development activities.
The break provides an opportunity for local families to travel, attend camps, or spend time enjoying Jupiter’s beaches, parks, and community events. Many local attractions and businesses typically see increased activity during the spring break period.
Palm Beach County’s school year began on August 11, 2025, and is scheduled to end on May 29, 2026.
Students are expected to return to regular classroom schedules on Tuesday, March 24.
