Also notable: A premium holiday for employees

Resolution 49-26 authorizes a "premium holiday" through the Town's insurance fund for both employees and the Town itself for the months of May and June 2026.

In practical terms, the Town will pause certain insurance premium payments for two months. Similar holidays have been used by local governments as a financial relief mechanism when insurance fund reserves are healthy.
