Planning Update: Whole Foods and Total Wine Project to Reach Council

Residents tracking the Whole Foods and Total Wine project should note that it is no longer being handled solely through administrative approval. Due to architectural changes, the project is now scheduled to come before the Planning & Zoning Commission in April.
