Neighborhoods Step Up Beautification, Security
While the town tackles major roadways, local neighborhoods are getting a boost to fix up their own backyards. The Town Council approved over $28,000 in funding for seven 2026 Neighborhood Matching Grants.
Among the winners, Chasewood of Jupiter North was awarded $5,000 for new security cameras and a golf cart storage shed. Meanwhile, Wingfoot Condominiums and the Paseos POA will receive funding for extensive landscaping and hedge replacements to beautify the Central Boulevard and Pennock Lane corridors. Showing some patriotic flair, Villas on the Green will use their grant to install a new 25-foot wind-resistant flagpole along US 1.
