Jupiter Town Council Has Not Yet Voted on 99-Home Beacon Park Development

JUPITER, Fla. – Despite earlier indications that a final vote was imminent, the Jupiter Town Council has not yet taken action on a proposed 99-home development by Pulte Homes at Beacon Park, near the northeast corner of Indiantown Road and I-95.

The development, which would bring as many as 99 single-family homes to one of Jupiter’s last large vacant parcels, was previously reported by the Palm Beach Post to be headed for a council vote in mid-to-late April 2026.

The Pulte/Beacon Park proposal — which would border the Rialto and Limestone Creek communities near Jupiter Community Park — was absent from both the consent agenda and the regular agenda.

Residents following the project will need to wait for a future town council meeting. The next regularly scheduled meeting dates have not yet been published, but agendas are typically posted the Friday before a Tuesday meeting.

Until then, the fate of the 60-acre parcel remains undecided.
