Jupiter Approves New Lounge at 200 Hibiscus Street

Jupiter’s nightlife scene is getting a new addition. On March 17, the Town Council voted unanimously to approve Resolution 37-26, granting a special exception and site plan for a lounge at 200 Hibiscus Street.
The application, filed by Green House Apartments, LLC, proposed converting an existing 960-square-foot retail unit into a lounge/bar. The property is approximately 0.67 acres. The approval follows a review by the Planning and Zoning Commission on February 10, 2026
