Four-Story Office Building Approved on Alternate A1A

A new commercial development received approval from Jupiter Town Council on Tuesday following a public hearing on the proposed Bayside Office Building.
The project includes a four-story office building and a shared access drive with adjacent town-owned property on approximately 0.53 acres located at 1001 North Alternate A1A.
During discussion, Council amended the proposal to require additional trees along the north side of the property and remove special permit events associated with the development.
The amended resolution passed by a 4-1 vote, allowing the project to move forward while incorporating additional landscaping requirements requested during the review process.
