Code Enforcement Board Rules on Parking, Fence, and Zoning Violations

JUPITER, FL – At the April 13, 2026 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hearing, three cases were heard:

1116 Love St. (Under Advisement)
A contested case involving zoning special event permits and a site plan violation. Respondent Charles Modica appeared with legal counsel. The Town was represented by Attorney Brett Lashley. The Magistrate took all testimony under advisement; a ruling will be issued later. Administrative costs to be determined.


1100 Choctaw St. (Violation Found)
Permitted parking and fence maintenance violations. Respondent not present. Compliance ordered by April 23, 2026, or $100/day fine thereafter. Administrative costs: $417.70.

107 Faith Way (Violation Found)
Permitted parking violation. Respondent Kevin Fielder appeared and testified. Administrative costs: $423.28 due by April 23, 2026.
