A Nearly $8 Million Waterfront Residence at Forté Luxe in Jupiter Goes Under Contract as the Development Nears Completion
Another residence at one of Jupiter's most closely watched waterfront developments is off the market.
Forté Development announced this week that Residence 13 at Forté Luxe has gone under contract at its listed price of $7.995 million, leaving a shrinking inventory of available units in the 15-home community as construction heads toward a completion target at the end of this year.
Residence 13, at 12450 SE Crystal Cove Place, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome spanning 5,074 square feet across three levels. Designed by architect Alfonso Jurado with interiors by Interiors by Steven G., the home includes a private in-ground pool, an attached two-car garage, and a private in-home elevator. The third floor opens onto a rooftop terrace with a summer kitchen and unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views. A whole-home Generac generator and an integrated Control4 and Lutron home automation system round out the build.
The setting is part of what drives the price point. Forté Luxe sits on a peninsula bordered on three sides by water, across the Intracoastal Waterway from Jupiter Island. The community's 15 residences share a private pool, sun deck, and entertainment areas. Perhaps more notably for boating residents: limited private boat slips provide direct water access to the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean without navigating any fixed bridges.

Forté Luxe is a collaboration between Forté Development and Collins Development, with construction by KAST Construction. Sales are handled by Seth Mansfield and Matthias Fretz of Douglas Elliman, which is serving as the exclusive sales and marketing team.
