Céline Dion's Former Jupiter Estate Sells Off-Market for $12.5 Million
A Jupiter waterfront mansion once owned by Céline Dion has sold off-market for $12.5 million, Cottages & Gardens reported.
The home at 370 Eagle Drive has nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, three of them half baths, in about 14,000 square feet of air-conditioned space on 0.66 acres. Features include a private theater, a wine cellar, a mahogany-paneled library, a resort-style pool and a private dock. The black-and-white marble checkerboard floor in the entry is echoed by a checkerboard turf patio outside.
The buyer
The buyer is real estate investor Myron Miller, who is known for flipping high-end homes, according to the report. Willie Abreu of The Nicolas Group at SERHANT represented Miller. Rob Thomson of Waterfront Properties represented the seller, who was not named.
A long history
Dion bought the lot in 1996 for $625,000, and the finished house sold for $9 million in 2002. After several attempts to sell it during the 2010s, the property changed hands in 2017 for $5.725 million, a loss.
Cottages & Gardens called it the more "modest" of Dion's Jupiter estates. Her other one is much larger and known for its private water park.
Given the buyer's track record, Cottages & Gardens suggested the house may be back on the market before long.
