Gentle Yoga and Meditation
A free indoor wellness session led by certified yoga instructor Dr. Maruti Ram Gudavalli, Ph.D. — a biomechanics researcher and professor at Keiser University in West Palm Beach. Classes integrate gentle movement, pranayama, asanas, and meditation based on the 8 limbs of sage Patanjali. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water.
