Vinny's Cafe Is Coming to Abacoa — The Boca Wrap Shop with the Cult TikTok Following

Vinny's Cafe, the Boca Raton-based salad and wrap concept that's quietly built a loyal following over more than two decades, is bringing its second location to Jupiter. Owner Richard Bartlett confirmed the new spot is planned for 5440 Military Trail in Abacoa Plaza, with an opening targeted for late summer or early fall 2026.

The concept is fast-casual with a focus on build-your-own and preset salads, wraps, paninis, quesadillas, and hot sandwiches. The Jupiter location will mirror the original Boca menu and is expected to offer around 54 seats across indoor and outdoor dining.

What sets the current iteration of Vinny's apart from its earlier years is what Bartlett and his wife Kristena — who purchased the restaurant and concept in September 2021 — have done with the product since taking over. They've updated the chicken cut, cooking process, preparation style, and portion sizes, with a deliberate focus on larger, more generous wraps at a better value.

The result caught on. The Vinny's Chicken Caesar Wrap went viral on TikTok under the new ownership, with customers raving about oversized portions — some calling them "as big as my head." The wrap remains the brand's most popular item.

The concept's signature prep method — finely chopping and mixing all ingredients before wrapping — creates a consistent flavor in every bite, which Bartlett says is a key part of what keeps people coming back.

The Jupiter location is expected to be open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
