Builds and manages fires in offset smokers and trims, seasons and smokes meats for the brewery's smokehouse, keeping the kitchen and pit clean. Requires early-morning availability, standing 8+ hours and regularly lifting 55 pounds; knife skills and Spanish are a plus. Pay range is $18-$20 an hour.
